• tools.deceptioncheck.com (free browser-based D&D tools with optional donations)

• Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• We do not process or store your payment card details. Payments are handled securely by third-party processors (e.g., PayPal, Ko-fi).

You agree not to misuse our sites, attempt to disrupt them, or use them for unlawful purposes.

4. User Files and Data

• You may load your own files or data into the tools.
• You confirm you have the right to use any files you load and will not infringe others’ intellectual property.
• We do not claim ownership of your files or data.
• We do not store or upload your files; processing happens locally in your browser.

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring the files you use are trusted and safe. Any damages, security risks, or issues caused by loading a file are your responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and code on our sites belong to Deception Check unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission, except where explicitly licensed.

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our sites, tools, or any files you choose to load into them.
